Terms and Conditions.

By enrolling, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp or email info@vamostodoslanguage.com and a teacher will explain.

1. All classes

  • Classes are live on Zoom with native Spanish and Filipino teachers, at the schedule of the batch you choose. Times are shown in Philippine and Spain time.
  • Your enrollment is confirmed once we receive and check your payment. We then email your student portal login.
  • Your seat in the batch is reserved for you, and the class is planned around the students who enroll.

2. Payment

  • Pay by bank transfer or by scanning our QR code, using your reference code, and upload your receipt on the Enroll page.
  • BPO-Aligned Spanish: ₱3,999 per level, three levels. Level 1 is paid in full at registration, and each later level is paid at least 1 week before it starts. There is no deposit.
  • DELE-Aligned Spanish: ₱4,999 per level, six levels (A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2, DELE Prep 1, DELE Prep 2), ₱29,994 in total. At registration you pay Level A1.1 plus a ₱4,999 commitment deposit (₱9,998). Each later level is paid at least 1 week before it starts.
  • Paying all levels at once gets the full-payment discount shown on the Enroll page.
  • A receipt is issued on request. Not paying the required fees on time may result in dismissal from the class.

3. DELE-Aligned commitment

Each group starts and finishes the program together, and a class can only run with enough students. These terms protect every student who commits to finishing.

  • Full-program commitment: you commit to completing all six levels with your group.
  • Commitment deposit: the ₱4,999 deposit is applied as the full payment for DELE Prep 2. If you complete A1.1 to DELE Prep 1, you pay nothing for DELE Prep 2.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw before completing DELE Prep 2, for any reason not covered in section 4.
  • Early withdrawal: tell us in writing at least 2 weeks before the next level starts. On withdrawal you forfeit the commitment deposit, and fees for levels that have started are not refunded. Stopping attending or paying without written notice counts as withdrawal.
  • The full DELE-Aligned School Agreement (PDF) has every detail.

4. Class size and refunds

Sections 4 to 7 apply to both BPO-Aligned and DELE-Aligned Spanish. The courses differ only in their levels and prices.

  • Each group needs a minimum of 12 students to run. If a group falls below that, we work with the enrolled students to find the best solution, which may include merging with another group at the same level, moving the start of the next level, or changing the class format.
  • If the school cancels the program, you are refunded in full for any levels paid but not yet started, including the commitment deposit.
  • Refund policy: apart from the case above, fees are non-refundable once a level has started.

5. Attendance

  • Missing 3 sessions in a row without a valid reason leads to dismissal from the class, which counts as early withdrawal.
  • If you'll be late, please let your teacher know to keep the class running smoothly.

6. Certificates and retakes

  • You receive a school certificate for every level you pass.
  • If you don't pass a level, you can rejoin the next class at 50% of the level fee. After a second attempt, rejoining that level is at the full fee.

7. Non-disclosure

To protect the privacy of every student and the school, these are not allowed:

  • Recording class sessions yourself (the school shares its own recordings in the student portal).
  • Copying, reprinting, editing or sharing the school's materials, videos and lessons.
  • Sharing the school's data, files, strategies, methods or techniques.

8. Acceptance

Ticking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" on the Enroll page means you have read and understood these terms and agree to them, including, for DELE-Aligned Spanish, the full-program commitment, the non-refundable commitment deposit and the early withdrawal terms. These terms stay in force until you finish your program, or until both you and the school agree to end them.
